Vishnu Rajeev is an experienced venture capital investor specializing in early-stage investments across deep tech sectors such as climate tech, biosciences, and advanced manufacturing. As an Investment Principal at Speciale Invest, he manages the end-to-end deal processes, supports portfolio companies with industry connections, strategy, and further fundraising, and provides thought leadership in the deep tech space. In addition, he has published numerous articles on deep tech ecosystems and policy in India in publications of various organizations such as Observer Research Foundation and Captable.

Vishnu co-founded Climate Tech for India, the nation’s largest community of climate founders and investors, fostering collaboration and growth in the sector. Previously, he held leadership roles at Axilor and Micelio, one of India’s earliest climate funds, focusing on mobility and climate tech. Vishnu’s career spans various functions, including economics research, public policy, business and strategy projects, and entrepreneurship. He has worked with Clean Energy Ventures, Monitor Deloitte, CEEW, and FSG.

Vishnu holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School and a BSc (Hons.) and MSc in Economics from IIT Kharagpur.
